As a mission-driven educational consulting firm that seeks to prepare tomorrow’s leaders by modeling excellence and impressing outstanding values on young people, we designed this flagship event to shape young bright minds through music, dance, and creativity. Our primary goal is to support the Visual and Performing Arts department within the Dallas Independent School District. 

Young people are energetic, full of ideas, and constantly in need of a creative outlet. This event was strategically tailored to meet that need in our community. Beyond that however, we’re propelling the educational advancement of our kids. Many of the participating students are from historically underrepresented groups and low-income communities, children who deserve an opportunity to use their talents and be rewarded for it. 

To that end, this event will raise money toward grants and scholarships for students, as well as bolster the music programs at their schools so that students are always creatively and positively engaged outside the classroom. We are also driven by the desire to foster community, our way of giving back to this district, its hardworking staff and administrators, as well as the brilliant students we’re all privileged to serve.

Our goal at the end of this event is to have students in the district who are confident in themselves and their talents, empowered in their education, and leave them inspired for whatever paths they take in their careers.
